Application Reimbursement

Program Details

Upon the execution of a lease agreement by the undersigned party for the specified property, and the timely payment of the security deposit, first month's rent, and second month's rent, Genvest Group, LLC will refund the tenant(s) an amount equal to the background check fees, up to the cost of two background checks.*

Reimbursement does not apply to background expenses incurred by individuals who do not enter into a lease agreement with Genvest Group, LLC.

*Not to exceed $90.00.
